Responsibilities for a Medical Technologist (MT) :

• Perform laboratory tests on specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Be knowledgeable in all areas of the lab, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately analyze test results and report findings to assist with clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide clinical correlation.
