Responsibilities
- The IT Level 2 / 3 Support Specialist provides support for the Firms systems as assigned.
- Diagnose and perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents and fulfill requests escalated from the Help Desk and other IT teams.
- Communicate with end-users, document known technical issues, and interface with various IT groups.
- Participate in Firm technology projects as requested; maintain excellent documentation skills.
- Work under the direction of the IT Level 2 / 3 Support Coordinator and, for larger initiatives, under the Project Lead or Project Manager.
- Utilize Knowledge Base, Known Articles, and monitoring tools to resolve issues or escalate in a timely manner.
- Adapt to evolving hardware and software technology and continuously upgrade skills through education and self-study.
- Communicate effectively with team members, department staff, and users; manage multiple problems / projects in parallel with changing priorities; may require extra hours as necessary.
- Work hours may include non-standard shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications
