You'll bridge People Operations, Payroll, and Finance, owning the intersection of employee data, compliance, and analytics. Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Data Analytics & Reporting

• Lead the analysis of people and payroll data across multiple systems to deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Respond to requests for EEOC, headcount, demographic, and wage data across business units.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and help build scalable solutions.
