Description

This position is responsible for developing the sales pipeline for Purolator's mid-market and strategic (national) sales channels. You'll uncover and create new sales opportunities, ensuring they progress through the sales cycle to drive deal velocity and net new revenue growth.

Location : District Offices in Itasca, IL (ORD), Taylor, MI (DTW), Compton, CA (LAX), or Norristown, PA (PHL)

Schedule : Hybrid

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create net new sales opportunities to drive pipeline revenue and growth for outside sales, Regional, and Vertical Hunter channels
  • Support market penetration across North America, International, and "Rest of World" territories
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers in key verticals, Fortune 500 companies, and multinational organizations
  • Strategize with leadership, sales, and marketing to develop and implement prospect access plans
  • Execute multi-touch sales cadences and attend customer meetings to perform needs analysis and transition opportunities to closers
  • Conduct market research to build prospect lists and tailor messaging
  • Leverage social selling platforms and web personalization for competitive differentiation
  • Nurture current, closed, and future opportunities to maintain top-of-funnel health
  • Utilize tools like Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and D&B effectively
  • Become a subject matter expert in North American supply chain and verticals (Healthcare, Tech, Industrial, Retail)
  • Position Purolator and yourself as industry thought leaders using marketing content, white papers, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with Marketing on account-based advertising, lead nurturing, and direct response efforts
  • Meet performance expectations and sales targets for opportunity generation and revenue
  • Uphold pipeline compliance and Salesforce data integrity
  • Execute the front-end of Purolator's Solution Selling Sales Process
  • Experience

    Who Are You?

  • 5+ years in a hunter, sales development, or business development role
  • Proven success in penetrating new business accounts and working with C-level contacts
  • Background in commissionable, performance-driven sales roles
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, listening, and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to timely completion
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to sales targets
  • Skilled in overcoming price objections through value-based selling
  • Able to match prospect pain points with Purolator solutions
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Required :

  • Experience with CRM databases, LinkedIn Social Selling, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and virtual meeting software
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Sales-related professional development or on-the-job training
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • The basesalaryrangefor this role is $60,000 - $71,972. Actual basepayoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
