Estimator
A top restoration company is looking for an Estimator. They need someone who is skilled with writing estimates for both residential and commercial losses.
The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and mitigation background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate reconstruction and mitigation losses using Xactimate.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
