Job Description

TITLE : Litigation Paralegal

COMPENSATION : $65,000 - $85,000

ON-SITE LOCATION : Phoenix, Arizona

WORKPLACE LOCATION : Fully Onsite

POSITION SUMMARY

Resolvere will match or beat your current compensation package. We are looking for a litigation paralegal with at least 3-5 years of legal experience. The best candidate can draft documents for attorney review and approval, multi-task, and is willing to take on a leadership role. Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are a must.

  • Documents are drafted, organized, and filed accurately and ahead of deadlines.
  • Attorneys benefit from your assistance, deadlines are met, and clients are informed.
  • Systems and processes improve, and you are able to mentor new hires.

COMPETENCIES

  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests / responses, motions, and declarations.
  • Prepare and maintain mediation binders, trial notebooks, and exhibit lists.
  • Manage litigation calendars, including deadlines per Arizona civil procedure rules.
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties as needed.
  • Document management and coordination of documents for production as well as document review, redaction, organization, and summarization for purposes of discovery and depositions.
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent education / experience preferred.
