• Client will have shifts through the year due to PTO / Vacancy
• Shifts will be M - F 7a-3p this site uses CRNA or OB call if you are interested.
• Cases are Ortho, GS, OB / GYN, ENT, ENDO, Healthy Peds - no hearts, no heads.
• Will need an active OH license, CAQH online application, case logs to support privilege request, PPD.
• EMR is EPIC
