Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

A Multifamily Builder in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami Area is in search of a  Project Manager  that provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on ground up multifamily projects. The  Project Manager  leads the project team with a focus on the customer, utilizing open communication, setting clear direction, and establishing high levels of expectations.

Project Manager Qualifications / Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science / Management or Engineering.
• 8 + years as a commercial construction ground up Project Manager experience with Multi-family builds.
• Strong leadership, time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods materials and management principles.
• Fluency with construction scheduling and project management software.
