Nevada Licensed Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance functions for the Nevada health plan, including policy development and submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements

Act as the senior leadership point of contact for state compliance meetings, audits, and regulatory interactions

Conduct internal compliance audits and manage compliance oversight for health plan subcontractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs

5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development

5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
