THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Culinary Team Leader, you will master the techniques of preparing our delicious food, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will ensure the highest quality standards and be responsible for food ordering and training future leaders in the kitchen.
This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and safety of Chipotle's food every day. You'll ensure the kitchen is organized, clean, and well-stocked, along with proper maintenance of all equipment. As a Culinary Team Leader, you will model teamwork and foster a positive customer experience, actively taking on tasks and supporting your fellow team members.
