• Greet customers, schedule appointments, and document vehicle info.

• Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders.

• Communicate with techs to ensure accurate and timely service.

• Keep customers updated on progress, additional work, and costs.

• Secure approvals, explain services performed, and review billing.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience—every time.
