Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships within an existing customer portfolio to achieve revenue growth and client retention

Engage in continuous outreach to uncover client requirements and provide creative solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Customer Engagement Plans and meet client objectives

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent

5 years of experience in strategic relationship management or a related position

Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems

Strong understanding of leasing, rates, and vehicle expense drivers

Accountable for revenue growth and proactive client renewals within an existing client portfolio
