Key Responsibilities

Field and resolve inquiries via phone and other contact methods in a friendly manner

Schedule appointments, verify client insurance, and pre-register clients

Provide training and support to colleagues while adhering to performance metrics

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1 year of experience in contact centers, pre-access, patient access, or physician practice office

Ability to work a flexible schedule

English language proficiency

Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
