Knowledge Management Lead

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management & Education Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the strategy and governance for ECM knowledge management and education

Design and implement a comprehensive content and knowledge management approach

Promote a culture of continuous learning and analyze user needs for tailored strategies

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)

8+ years of experience in training, education, or knowledge management

Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development

Strong background in knowledge management frameworks and governance

Experience with Train-the-Trainer program design and delivery
