Maple is a unified workforce management suite (scheduling, time & attendance, and payroll, with more to come), purpose-built for long-term care and designed for a modern, flexible workforce. Our goal is to help nursing homes transform their labor operations and streamline costs. We also aim to help healthcare workers access new opportunities and build financial health.

We got our start in long-term care, but we're excited to address similar pain points across other industries. We want to be the go-to workforce management solution for any flexible workforce industry.

Maple is in an exciting stage. We've found a strong product-market fit in long-term care, and our customer base is growing quickly. We're hiring a Strategy & Operations (S&O) generalist to continue driving this growth.

You'll own high-priority projects end-to-end across the following areas :

• Scaling operations : staying close to the customer + using customer insights to inform how we scale
• Product strategy : making sure we're launching the right features to our customers, quickly
• New industries : exploring other flexible workforce industries Maple could serve, such as construction, airport security, support agent, and more
