RestoPros of the Upstate is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch & Collection Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing collections, handling incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating scheduling for jobs and crews, and ensuring smooth communication with both customers and insurance providers. Key Responsibilities

Collections :

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding balances for services performed.
• Negotiate payment plans, resolve billing issues, and ensure prompt collections in a professional and courteous manner.

Lead Intake & Inbound Calls :

Insurance Claim Follow-up :

Scheduling & Coordination :

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, collections, or scheduling is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.

Experience with insurance claims or collections is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
