Personal Lines Underwriting Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of personal lines underwriters and customer service representatives

Review applications for personal lines coverage and assist agents with underwriting decisions

Build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers to enhance collaboration and profit growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines underwriting, with at least 2 years in a senior role

Proven track record in underwriting complex personal insurance risks

Experience in overseeing a diverse team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Advanced certifications such as CPCU, AU, or ARM are strongly preferred
