Job Overview

The Network Development Specialist will be responsible for recruiting vision providers to Versant Health's networks, following up with providers during credentialing, providing education, maintaining the network, and other duties. The role requires a motivated individual with experience in medical surgical recruitment, facility contracting, negotiation, sales, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract new vision providers and facilities into the networks
• Communicate with providers via inbound / outbound calls
• Negotiate fee schedules and review application materials
• Assist in credentialing and application processing
• Build and maintain provider relationships
• Resolve provider issues and generate reports
• Work with leadership to develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain a suitable work-from-home environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
