Qualifications :

• Florida Bar in good standing required.
• 10+ years of family law litigation experience in Florida (bench trials, evidentiary hearings, depositions).
• Mastery of Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Rules of Evidence, and local administrative orders.
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume docket while maintaining quality and client care.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to our core values.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
