Chief Accounting Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer to lead its accounting functions and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all global accounting practices, including payroll, technical accounting, revenue accounting, and internal controls

Prepare SEC filings and ensure compliance with governmental reporting requirements and global regulations

Drive efficiencies in accounting workflows and support cash management to optimize financial performance

Required Qualifications

20+ years of accounting experience, with at least 7 years in an executive leadership role in a high-growth technology business

Experience with multinational public accounting firms and handling statutory audits and global consolidations

Proven track record in financial system implementations and managing treasury and cash optimization

Demonstrated ability to build and lead large, successful teams across multiple disciplines

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field; CPA / CMA / CIA required, MBA preferred
