AdventHealth Medical Group – Daytona Beach is seeking a driven, energetic Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our high-performing and collegial Orthopedic Surgery team . Located in Daytona Beach , this opportunity blends cutting-edge orthopedic care with a lifestyle full of sun, surf, and work-life balance. You’ll support a team of orthopedic surgeons in a fast-paced setting that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning .

What You’ll Do :

Assist in the OR for orthopedic surgical cases

Manage patients in inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic

Perform joint injections, pre- and post-op evaluations, and care planning

Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, PT, and rehab teams

Be a vital part of a growing service line within a mission-driven, nonprofit system

What You Bring :

PA-C or APRN (FNP / AGNP) with orthopedic, surgical, or musculoskeletal experience preferred

Florida license or eligibility

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Confidence in autonomous decision-making and a team-first attitude
