Compliance Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance
Locations : Chicago, IL | New Jersey | Houston, TX | Connecticut
Base Salary : Up to $150K
A profitable and rapidly growing property insurance organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen core compliance functions in personal and small commercial lines. This role combines the stability of an established company with the entrepreneurial mindset of a startup.

- Provide guidance on state-specific regulatory requirements.
- Manage third-party and proactive regulatory audits.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation.
- Oversee defect remediation and compliance reporting.
