Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality management, with proven success in building and leading teams.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, including experience implementing and maintaining certified quality management systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of ASME pressure vessel and welding codes (Section VIII, Section IX), including hands-on experience with welder qualifications, WPS / PQR development, and compliance oversight.
  • Experience with NQA-1 quality assurance requirements for nuclear or similarly regulated industries.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to recognize problems, implement solutions, and inspire a culture of improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills—you know how to lead meetings, collaborate across departments, and represent our client with confidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive, can-do leader who thrives on teamwork, execution, and delivering results.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead their global quality initiatives and uphold the highest standards across their product lines.

This role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international certifications and standards, including ISO 9001 and ASME Section VIII. The Quality Manager will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and serve as the primary representative for quality matters with customers, vendors, auditors, and certifying bodies. A key focus will be developing and implementing NQA-1 nuclear quality standards to support the client’s expansion into regulated industries.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep technical knowledge of pressure vessel and welding codes, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role also oversees global compliance efforts, including adherence to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). With a strong emphasis on innovation, reliability, and teamwork, the Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality with our client.

Compensation : starting at $130k annually
