Accounts Receivable Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Jacksonville, FL or Baton Rouge, LA. They will be responsible for invoice submittals and collection of outstanding accounts receivable balances. They will also be responsible for identifying tasks within accounts such as overdue payments, report collection activity, addressing customer queries, and developing repayment plans. This individual will work closely with the Accounts Receivables Supervisor, Accounting team, and customers daily. The typical hourly pay for this position is between $23-$25hr.

Skills and Requirements :

High School Diploma

Microsoft Excel experience

Collections- working off Purchase Orders- triaging issues- issue management

Oracle Experience (dynamics) - College degree of any level

Experience with Ariba web-portal or similar
