Descripción del trabajoStrong communication skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language. Analytical and logical thinking, ability to understand customer requirements, review relevant information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required. Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities. Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgement.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting MATLAB compatibility issues with laptop Security / antivirus software : installation, activation, configuration, and license management issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including those involving cloud platforms (like AWS and Azure, GitHub).
- Interfacing with networking and system administration teams.
- Configuring networking settings (such as IP addresses and DNS entries).
- Working with Microsoft Office, PLM Systems.
- Complying with policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period and periodic retraining in areas.
