Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Pipe Layers to join our Utilities and Civil Construction team. This position is responsible for the layout and installation of wet and dry utility systems, including water lines, storm drains, sanitary sewer lines, manholes, and conduit. Pipe Layers will work in a variety of environmentsfrom municipal utility projects to heavy civil and industrial sitesensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in every installation.

Responsibilities

• Lay out pipe routes and install utility systems following blueprints, plans, and written instructions.
• Accurately set and maintain pipe grades, slopes, and alignments using lasers, levels, and survey instrumentation.
• Work safely in deep excavations, with proper use of shoring, trench boxes, and trench safety practices.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, demo saws, shoring, and compaction equipment.
• Work in and around open trenches, heavy equipment, and areas with vehicle / pedestrian traffic.
• Follow all OSHA, local regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with crews and supervisors to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability on every project.
