As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Full Time in Honolulu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help maintain order and deliver exceptional customer service through positive interactions. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity property damage or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address concerns as they arise.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
