DESCRIPTION
This position is a full-time tenure track, 11-month counselor assignment in the Counseling and Matriculation Division. The current counseling work week is not less than 35-hours week. Participation in professional activities, curriculum development and campus committees is expected. The teaching assignment may include courses offered in either onsite, online and / or hybrid format, evening and or Saturday classes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(NOTE : A bachelor's degree in one of the listed degrees and a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is an alternative qualification for this discipline. CCR53410.1.)
Any master's and 24 semester hours of graduate credit in Counseling or Psychology completed.
AND a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students (tit. 5 § 53024.1).
