The Role

The Role Tasty is looking for a seasoned Video Team leader and producer with deep experience in development, production and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will know what fuels video platforms, will be a highly skilled video producer, and will innately know how to translate data and insights into content that compels audiences.

You Will

• Lead a team of video producers and culinary producers to create longform, shortform and live content
• Identify YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram platform best practices, trends and opportunities
• Translate platform best practices, trends and opportunities into actionable insights
• Lead brainstorms and video series ideation based on actionable insights
• Strategize downstream content monetization opportunities
• Build publishing and distribution strategies around video concepts
• Greenlight videos and publishing strategies
• Ensure production follows platform best practices
• Ensure publishing follows platform best practices
• Identify and grow internal talent
• Manage budget
