Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies that elevate the firm's philanthropic initiatives and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, nonprofit partners, and external media contacts to drive visibility and alignment.
- Manage national and market-level communications plans across initiatives, including partnerships with Alzheimer's Association, United Way, and Arbor Day Foundation.
- Track communication milestones, measure impact, and ensure alignment with broader firm goals and community objectives.
- Collaborate with Public Relations, Marketing, and Community Relations teams to craft consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in communications, public affairs, ESG, philanthropy, or community engagement rolesBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus)Strong experience in project leadership within a cross-functional, matrixed corporate or agency environmentExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skillsProven ability to influence without authority and align multiple teams around shared messaging goalsProficiency in MS Office, Workfront (or similar project management tools); ability to manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and compliance tracking; skilled in writing, editing, and crafting compelling communication materialsSeniority level
