Empire Home Remodeling is a trusted leader in windows, doors, roofing, and siding throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and building long-term relationships with homeowners.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for an  experienced Lead Renewal Specialist  with a background in  home improvement sales . This role focuses on reconnecting with previous homeowners and unclosed leads — helping them move forward with their remodeling projects.

Responsibilities :

Reconnect with previous customers and leads who showed prior interest

Rebuild interest and schedule qualified in-home appointments

Maintain detailed follow-up notes and progress tracking

Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals

Qualifications :

Experience in home improvement follow-up or sales required

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable

Knowledge of windows, doors, roofing, or siding preferred

Proven ability to turn old leads into new business
