Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce environment focused on customer and agent service ticket management
Troubleshoot and resolve production tickets efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, configuration, and integrations
Proven ability to manage production support while contributing to major platform initiatives
