A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning across multiple healthcare business units
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support operational planning and strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance roles
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
Experience supporting budgeting and management reporting in a complex organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business-focused insights
