Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for an Assistant Director, Advancement Events!
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Advancement Events, the Assistant Director of Advancement Events will lead the management and execution of a comprehensive and strategic advancement events strategy to engage a variety of alumni audiences. Key engagement areas include athletics; signature alumni events (i.e. Homecoming and Temple Made Days); and alumni stewardship (i.e. awards). The incumbent will partner with and / or lead various cross-functional project teams to determine best tactics to achieve and potentially exceed engagement goals. In addition, he / she will serve as a resource to advancement engagement colleagues to support, coordinate and enhance their event-based volunteer cultivation and engagement efforts. He / she will work closely with a wide range of individuals and teams- both internal and external- to build / maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and to ensure timely and effective execution of project deliverables.

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.

Salary Range : $41,250 - $55,000
