TQS Mechanical is a commercial refrigeration & HVAC contractor providing service and installation for supermarkets, warehouses, and food facilities across NY, NJ, MA, and FL.

Job Summary :

Were hiring a Maintenance Service Coordinator to maintain good quality of refrigeration system and HVAC system for our clients. This position will dispatch technicians properly by their specialties, our schedule, and other factors. Also order parts and equipment, and manage company asset like tools and refrigerant. Communicating with our clients to provide the best quality service to meet their needs and keep the system good.

We are seeking a Maintenance Service Coordinator to support daily service operations and ensure efficient maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems. This role involves scheduling and dispatching technicians based on specialty and workload, managing parts and equipment inventory, and coordinating communication between clients, vendors, and technicians. The ideal candidate will be capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Receive service requests and dispatch technicians effectively
  • Schedule maintenance visits and inspections
  • Communicate with our clients upon for their inquiries and service requests
  • Provide follow-ups of service issues to our clients
  • Order, track, and receive parts and equipment required for services.
  • Maintain organized inventory of refrigerant, tools, and parts.
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Assist with warranty claims
  • Support technicians in locating required parts in the area

    • Qualifications :

  • Dispatch experience(HVAC-R a plus)
  • Clean, valid drivers license
  • Working knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC service operations a plus
  • Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus (not required)

  • We have 3-month probationary period. Performance review and compensation will be renegotiated at 90 days.
