A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMODELING TECHNICIAN - HANDYMAN

In this position, you will engage in tasks such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, and flooring, as well as general indoor work. During the summer months, you will focus on outdoor projects, including the construction of decks, fences, siding, windows, and doors. Additionally, you will handle repairs and maintenance for Home Owner Associations, ensuring each task is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in residential renovations and outdoor construction
• A positive attitude, dependability, and professional appearance
• A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to receive constructive feedback
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize safety
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds
• Availability for occasional on-call work as needed
• Own truck and tools

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This position is based in Anchorage, AK, and requires a full-time commitment. As a Remodeling Technician - Handyman, you will work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours calls roughly once every two months.
