Support students in a dynamic school setting by assisting with instructional and behavioral needs on a substitute basis. This role offers flexibility while allowing experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact in classrooms across grade levels. Assignments are based on day-to-day needs and may vary in duration and setting.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with children or youth in academic or childcare settings
Familiarity with basic classroom procedures and expectations
Ability to follow teacher direction and maintain classroom routines
Comfortable supporting students with special needs or IEPs
Reliable, punctual, and able to accept short-notice assignments
Key Responsibilities :
Assist students in completing academic tasks and daily routines
Support educators in managing classroom behavior and transitions
Supervise student activities in classrooms, playgrounds, or lunch areas
Follow student behavior plans and instructional accommodations
Report observations or concerns to appropriate school personnel
This position is ideal for individuals looking to provide hands-on support in an educational environment without a full-time commitment.
Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
