Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of workforce analysts, promoting scheduling excellence and professional growth
Oversee the design and implementation of schedules across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts
Lead capacity planning efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels while balancing service goals and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of workforce management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results
Deep expertise in WFM systems, scheduling methodologies, and forecasting techniques
Strong understanding of labor laws and workforce compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
