PAY & INCENTIVES

  • 90% of the gross base pay
  • $5500-$7.000 weekly gross average
  • $4000+ weekly take-home average
  • 2800 to 3000 average weekly miles
  • Running OTR, mainly east of i-35
  • Cash Advance available
  • Safety Bonus available

  • 2022 or newer Dry Van trailers
  • Non-Forced Dispatch
  • Steady Dry Van Lanes
  • E-road ELD, tablet provided
  • Mudflap app, connected with the corporate CC, 100% of discount, 60cpg fuel discount on average, up to $1 per gallon
  • Orientation in Waterloo, IA office
