Full Time (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm)

Millennium Physician Group i s seeking to hire a Front Office Associate to join our Lab Office Team . We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, and loves patient interaction. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience! The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, the ability to multi-task and strong computer skills. Medical Office Experience preferred.
As a front office associate, you will be responsible for timely check-in and check-out and will greet patients with a warm smile and pleasant voice and perform a variety of clerical functions for the medical office.

Required Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills and Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
