Full Job Description
We are currently hiring a High Energetic Customer Service Clerk who assist and supports our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints and placing orders. They are the front line of support for our customers, and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with our products. Job located in Hollywood. (English and Spanish) is a must.

Duties and responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
- Responding promptly to our customers’ inquiries
- Communicating with our internal and externa customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out to be able to answer customer questions
- Processing orders, forms, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Performs other duties as assigned

Associates degree or equivalent education and experienceAbility to multitask and handle numerous assignments simultaneouslyExcellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills (English and Spanish)Ability to work well in a team environmentA professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitudeAdvanced computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Business One
