Descripción del trabajoPhysicians Assistant Certification. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. DEA certificate and NPI. Great peer references and in good standing. Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid. Must have experience in direct patient care preferably in ER / trauma, critical care, med / surg, or PC / UC. Guaranteed base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $118k-$140k p / y DOE. RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp-up. Comprehensive full benefit package includes M / D / V / RX / AD&D / L / HSA, retirement, CME time and allowances, generous time off, and malpractice. Relocation allowances, sign-on and / or commencement bonuses. Student Loan Repayment Programs and PSLF (Loan Forgiveness 501(c)(3 . Non-profit, locally owned, regional network of both hospitals and clinics with primary care physicians, providers and specialists conveniently located throughout the Yakima Valley in WA! Primary Care and Specialists working together in the same clinics for better continuum of care and access! Local health system dedicated to delivering world-class healthcare to the Yakima Valley rural-based communities! Goal is ensuring the long-term sustainability of valuable, yet vulnerable, rural-based healthcare delivery systems, many of which are currently threatened in todays rapidly changing healthcare environment. - Oversight / supervision per WA regs, is provided.
- Flexible scheduling depending on specialty and practice.
- No call.
- Typical volumes after ramp up :
- Primary care / integrated care= 15-22+ pts per day - Urgent care = can be higher volumes
- Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred.
- EMR : Cerner.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be great!
