West River Care has been a family-run organization for generations. We're about serving people wherever they call home. Today, we've grown into a Home Health care organization that offers a full range of support to people in the Northeast who want to live their lives independently, manage their health or receive Hospice care.
Our family is dedicated to being there for you and your family. We can provide a little extra assistance with the activities of everyday life, such as managing your medication, or dressing and bathing. We can bring skilled care to you, provided by Home Health aides, nurses and therapists, to help you recover in the comfort of your own home. Should your needs evolve, we are here for you at the most critical of times, providing end-of-life care that allows you to live each day to its fullest.
The nurse plans organized and directed services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of the individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Schedule: Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week -- guaranteed hours!
Salary: Starting at $38/hour
Benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
No Weekend or Holidays Required
