As a key player in our team, you'll help boost productivity by seamlessly managing tasks such as relaying messages from phone calls and emails, delivering and picking up mail and payroll checks, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, maintaining records, and tackling additional tasks with finesse.

Compensation : $19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
• Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
• Deliver packages and pick up orders as needed
• Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
• Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
• Assist the CEO in daily tasks such as proofreading, typing up revised documents, and organizing the schedule.
