Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Fayetteville! The ideal Restaurant General Manager should be a detail-oriented, highly organized leader who can maintain a positive work environment, drive staff development, and effectively manage daily operations and administrative duties in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain daily restaurant operations and a positive professional environment
• Oversee training and development, performance reviews, and staffing
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Manage administrative duties, including : Profit and loss, Inventory management, and Accounting
