• Healthcare Setting : Long Term Care (LTC) facility\n
• Job Type : Travel Contract LPN position\n
• Start Date : November 10, 2025\n
• End Date : December 25, 2025\n
• Shift : Evening shift, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (8-hour shifts)\n
• Hours per Week : 40\n
• Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend required\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1390–$1490\n\nLPN Qualifications\n
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire\n
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare setting\n
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
• Ability to work evening shifts and alternate weekends\n
• Current BLS certification preferred\n\nLPN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers\n
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status; promptly report changes to the healthcare team\n
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient care\n
• Assist residents with daily living activities and promote their overall well-being\n
