We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations Analytics to support Finance and Operations leadership within our global automotive business. This role will drive insights that enhance decision-making across commercial performance, operations, and manufacturing by leveraging advanced analytics, KPI tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong ability to transform complex data into actionable intelligence. This position may be based in Northville, MI but has the option to be remote and reports directly to the Executive Director, Commercial & Manufacturing Finance of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that consolidate and visualize financial, operational, and commercial KPIs.
• Track key metrics across revenue, margin, pricing, volumes, and operational efficiency to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead weekly EDI analysis to monitor customer demand signals, order patterns, and supply chain dynamics.

Minimum Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience : 7+ years of experience in commercial finance, operations analytics roles.
