Position Summary

The Director of Brand Management will serve as the strategist and guardian for the overall

branding - brand direction, creative, messaging, and media across Five Star Franchisings

portfolio. This classically trained brand leaderideally from a CPG or top-tier agency

backgroundcombines brand strategy, creative execution, consumer insight, and media

planning to drive growth and brand equity.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will not begin with direct reports but will work

cross-functionally with brand teams, marketing directors, agencies, franchisees, and Presidents

to ensure brand consistency, sharpen positioning, and translate insights into business results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive brand positioning, architecture, and voice across multiple brands.
• Lead brand planning with clear objectives, strategies, and KPIs.
• Advocate for consumer-first strategy, leveraging data and insights to guide decisions.
