Remote Executive Personal Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Remote – Accepting applicants across the United States

Compensation:

Full-Time: $24 – $32 per hour (based on experience)

Part-Time: $18 – $25 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Remote Executive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and personal coordination tasks for a senior executive. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
• Handle email monitoring, drafting replies, and organizing correspondence
• Assist with travel planning, reservations, and logistical coordination
• Prepare documents, reports, and meeting summaries as needed
• Conduct basic online research and compile findings
• Coordinate personal or household-related scheduling (as authorized)

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time: 10–25 hours per week
