About The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults navigating a variety of mental health needs. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, accessible care.

What You’ll Do

Deliver evidence-based therapy with empathy and cultural humility.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with psychiatric providers, care managers, and community partners.

Provide crisis support and brief interventions when needed.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system.

Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in mental health.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of therapy experience in an outpatient or community-based setting
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A heart for equity and a commitment to underserved populations

Location : In-person care at our Gage Park Clinic

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time up to 32 hours, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat

Compensation : $32-$36 / hour + benefits + professional development support
